It’s best known for its well-kept gardens and old Breton farmhouse, plus the fact that everything you need is within walking distance and that includes the beach.
There is a heated swimming pool with 3 water slides and only a short walk to a shop and takeaway.
The bar and restaurant consists of seaside views thank to the beach nearby and occasional talent concerts!
The sheltered sandy beach continues to bring families back year after year.
Multiple other activities are available, including: walks, watersports, games, sightseeing and more!

The park is family-run and the owners are very friendly/authentic.
The many beaches of Normandy can be visited via car, with the closest being 25 kilometers away!

Well for one, there is a beachside lagoon lake with a beach bar terrace nearby so you can watch the kids enjoy the water while you enjoy a wine or two.

Everyone calls it the Disneyland of Paris because it really is that magical.
It features 4 pools…one has a retractable roof and another is outdoors.
This campsite even has a beauty salon (yes, you heard that right).
There are friendly bars and restaurants, a host of sports, canoeing, tennis, spa, go-karting, water slides and much more.
It is a large campsite with so much to offer that you’ll never want to leave.
And the best part? It’s a day trip away from Paris so you can have the whole package if you really wanted to!

It doesn’t matter if you’re at this campsite for a long time or a short time, there is plenty to do no matter what.
It is a small-sized park but very peaceful, has a French château and wooded grounds and spacious pitching grounds so you don’t need to be cramped.
There is SO much to explore here at the La Bien Assise Campsite especially with its surrounding wood areas, organized walks and trails.
A lake is 10 km away and the beach is 14 km, leaving no room for boredom if you happen to be a water rat.
However, if you’d like to stay at the park all day, it offers: an authentic French restaurant, tennis, table tennis, a heated indoor pool (with a retractable roof) and a water slide.
Plus the nearest town is within walking distance! (0.5 km)

Now THIS is for you if you’re keen on exploring the acres of woodlands nearby and don’t want to get bored because there is a lot to do at this campsite.
There is a 9-hole mini golf course, archery, fishing, pony trekking, canoeing and a whopping total of 4 pools and 4 water slides! (including a toddler pool)
There is really something for everyone and the reason it’s received so much great feedback from the community.
As soon as you walk in the door you are greeted by the friendly owner and made to feel at home, which is always a nice bonus.
There is a restaurant, a bar, a pool table and even an onsite shop so you don’t have to go to the nearest town to do your shopping (6 km away).

It’s smack bang in the middle of woods, meadows and lakes, however, not only is it visually appealing but it’s a fun-filled theme park that offers a diverse range of activities.
The many activities include: cycling, tennis, swimming in the pool, archery, Eurocamp Kids’ Clubs, visiting the lake and much more.
The beach is 12 km away but there is also DIRECT access to the lake if that’s more your thing!
The restaurant and bar overlook the pool so you can enjoy a quiet wine while watching your kids play.
There is plenty of pitching spaces to stay in – all having ample shade and space while keeping close to the action.
There are many pools available to suit people of all ages and water slides that snake through rocks and trees for maximum thrill and action!

The park is very large and includes direct access to the natural lake, where you’ll most probably find yourself hanging out every day.
It is completely surrounded by nature so should be your go-to campsite if that’s what you prefer.
The park is great for walking, cycling, tennis, basketball, football, archery, mini-golf, volleyball and much more.
However, lake activities include: fishing, swim, pedalo and canoeing (I know I’ll be at this lake all day!).
The swimming pools are designed for all ages and has water slides and even a Jacuzzi.

It is extremely close to the Burgundy vineyards so wine lovers will absolutely love this campsite.
Soak up the all day sun in the lake which is direct access so there’s no driving involved.
It is the ultimate place to relax considering it’s a small park with few activities, which are: cycling, football, swimming, fishing, table tennis and Parc-run Kids’ Clubs.
I guess the lake, vineyards and partially-restored 16th century château is the highlight of this small campsite.
Oh, and don’t forget the mature woodlands in its surroundings!
There is a restaurant on site, a superb pool complex (3 pools total) and good-sized pitches.

The Le Belledonne Campsite has received a LOT of great reviews throughout the years, and there’s many reasons why.
It is a small park but offers so much in terms of adventuring and exploring especially the nearby mountains, meadows and woodlands (yes, it’s set in a National Park).
It’s been described as millions of years in the making thanks to the rushing rivers and waterfalls!
It is located on the edge of a National Park so you get the best hiking trails, cycling trails and water activities.
However, if you’re just keen on relaxing there is much to do back at camp.
The activities include: swimming, relaxing in the sauna, playing volleyball, joining in the fitness circuit or just enjoying a drink or two by the pool at the terrace bar.
The managers are very friendly and give you a big warm welcome from the get go.
The Le Belledonne Campsite is truly amazing and one you DON’T want to pass up.

Even I’m amazed at how much the Le Village Western Campsite offers!
It has a wild-west feel to it and even includes a riding school to teach adults AND kids how to ride horses.
The best way to describe this campsite is to imagine your favorite Western, but without the bad guys and plentiful of opportunities, because that is exactly what it offers.
It’s a small park with 300 pitches but offers a saloon, a riding school and a pony club.
The new pool complex has indoor and outdoor options for all ages, Jacuzzi’s and massage jets.
However, that’s not to say wilderness swimming isn’t available because it definitely is.
Nearby is the biggest freshwater lake in France! And it’s only a 15 minute drive away.
