When is Camping Season?

Posted on October 5, 2017 by Brandon

Camping might be just around the corner for you, but before camping season starts there have  been people in your country staying in the outdoors already.

So when IS camping season?

Is it summer, spring, or even fall?

In this article you will find out exactly when camping season starts, what you should know, and what your next move should be.

Enjoy.

Camping Season Starts on the Very First Day of Summer

Families Camping In Summer

Most people go on their camping trips in the summertime, making this the season for camping in the great outdoors.

Camping is by far the easiest season for camping, and sometimes even the most annoying because every family and their dogs are crowding up the public campsites.

But essentially, it is considered the best since it doesn’t rain as much, you can stargaze, swim in the river and much more.

You do not have to follow the Status Quo

Let me tell you this: The optimal time to go camping is when you want to.

Camping mostly happens in the summertime, but why should you follow the status quo and do so as well?

It’s time to expand your horizons my friend.

Camping season starts in summer, but your mind is the only thing holding you back from trying different things.

Why not beat the crowd and get a head start by going in spring?

Everything is so colorful and bright. The smells are different and the views are stunning!

Furthermore, winter camping offers an even different landscape ENTIRELY.

The snow makes the landscape sparkle and glow, while lakes and snow on trees help create unforgettable experiences.

Which Season Should You Try?

I enjoy helping people go above and beyond the norm, and choosing a different season to go camping is only going to help you grow as a person immensely.

Camping by difficulty (based off of my personal experiences) goes like this:

  • Summer
  • Spring
  • Fall
  • Winter

Summer being the easiest and winter being the hardest.

I want you to challenge yourself if you’re an avid camper already.

Consider going on a weekend trip in the spring, or even fall. When that becomes easier begin the more difficult route – a winter trip!

Conclusion

Of course camping season starts in summer, however, you are only limited by your ability to think outside the box.

But why does anything I say matter?

Because the more you learn, grow, and experience everything, only then will you truly know what you like and enjoy.

Why stick to the same old summer camping for the rest of your life when you might enjoy one of the other seasons 100x more?

You never know until you give it a go!

Well I hope I have inspired you to try something new.

If I have, please let me know in the comments below!

Thanks for reading and have a nice day 🙂
