Drum roll please…. introducing the Super Sparrow!! The water bottles I will be reviewing in this article are from a relatively new company, called Super Sparrow. Super Sparrow was founded in 2015, and are producing stylish water bottles that will keep drinks hot and cold while you are performing all the outdoor activities you love!
Our Conclusion:
Overall, the Super Sparrow water bottles are a stylish and durable water bottle that can be used for all types of activities, whether you are outdoors or in an office. One of the things I particularly like about the Super Sparrow bottles are that they come with extra items. The standard mouth bottles come with 2 caps, 2 straws, a straw cleaning tool, and a bottle sling. The small mouth bottle and the sports bottle come with extra parts for the cap. Another thing I like is that there are a variety of different sizes and colors to pick from, which makes this company a perfect family water bottle company (Sizes and colors for the whole family to pick from!). Another thing is unlike the hydro Flask 32oz bottle, the Supper Sparrow 32oz bottle fits in almost all cup holders!
Also, for the price you cant beat the Super Sparrow. It is just as durable as the Hydroflask, and keeps your drinks just as cold as a YETI. So, if you are looking for a reasonable priced water bottle that performs top notch, then Super Sparrow is what you will want to buy.
The only problems I has with the Super Sparrow stainless steel bottles is that the color coating on the bottle chips kinda easily. Mine had tipped over and it was chipped a little bit. Also, I don’t care too much for the wood on the cap, I think it would look a little bit better if the cap was all metal (Yes, I know those are really picky of me, but the small things matter!).

Standard Mouth and Small Mouth Bottles
The Super Sparrow standard mouth and small mouth bottles are double walled vacuum insulated made from 18/8 stainless steel. Super Sparrow is able to keep your drinks hot for 12 hours and cold for 24 hours. The standard and small mouth bottles are also BPA free and come with a sweat proof finish. The Super Sparrow sports bottles are made from BPA Free Tritan Copolyester plastic. The sports bottle comes with a secured locking lid that comes open with one click. Like the standard and small mouth bottles, the sports bottle comes in a variety of sizes and colors. Also, it has a lifetime warranty and is 100% leak proof!

Super Sparrow water bottles are best used for outdoor activities like camping, hiking, kayaking, and rock climbing. If you are an outdoor enthusiast, you are going to love this bottle. Other activities you are going to want to use Super Sparrow water bottles for:

Test Results:
I absolutely love the stylish look of the Super Sparrow water bottles, but style isn’t everything. A water bottle needs to be able to perform and keep drinks hot and cold. So, we put the Super Sparrow water bottles to the test!
Leak Test
For the leak test, I filled the water bottles to the top with water. To ensure that the test was properly performed, I ensured that I screwed the cap on each water bottle tight and laid the water bottles completely on their side for 24 hours. After 24 hours, I checked on the water bottles and there was no water lost. Just like the Super Sparrow bottle promised, the Super Sparrow water bottles are 100% leak proof.
Temperature Tests
Cold Test
Super Sparrow says that their stainless steal water bottles can keep drinks cold for 24 hours. So, I filled the stainless steal Super Sparrow bottles with water that was 46 degrees Fahrenheit and set the bottles inside a room, which was around 70 degrees in temperature. I, then, checked the temperature of the water every hour for the next 12 hours and once at the 24th hour. See the tables and graph below for the results.
32oz. Standard Mouth
Just like the Hydro Flask 32oz, the Super Sparrow was able to keep the water cold for 24 hours. The temperature goes up 17.7 degrees, which compares to many of the “name brand” water bottles.
21oz. Standard Mouth
No surprise that the 21oz bottle was able to keep the water cold, as the temperature rose 17.1 degrees. Very similar results to the 32oz, which shows consistency with the Super Sparrow products.
12oz. Small Mouth
The last bottle we used for the cold test is the 12oz small mouth bottle. It may be small, but it performed BIG! Just like the first two bottles, the small mouth bottle was able to keep water cold for 24 hours. Temperature only rose 17.9 degrees.
Heat Test
For the heat test I filled the stainless steal Super Sparrow bottles with water that was 150 degrees Fahrenheit and set the bottles inside a room, which was around 70 degrees in temperature (Just like the cold test!). I, then, checked the temperature of the water every hour for the next 12 hours. See the tables and graph below for the results.
32oz. Standard Mouth
The 32oz standard mouth water bottle is supposed to keep drinks hot for up to 12 hours. When I checked the temperature at hour 12, the water was 115.1 degrees. That means the water dropped 34.9 degrees. The Super Sparrow 32oz standard mouth was able to keep the water hot for 12 hours. Considering the price of the Super Sparrow, I was impressed that the water was still hot after 12 hours.
21oz. Standard Mouth
Just like the 32oz standard mouth water bottle, the 21oz standard mouth is also supposed to keep drinks hot for 12 hours. I checked the temperature at hour 12 and the water was 114.2 degrees. The water dropped 35.8 degrees, but the water was still hot after 12 hours.
12oz. Small Mouth
According to Super Sparrow, the stainless steal 12oz small mouth bottle can keep drinks hot for 12 hours. According to my results, it does keep drinks hot for 12 hours. When I checked the temperature at hour 12, the water was 110.8 degrees. That means the water dropped 39.2 degrees, which was the most by the three bottles.
